Course content
Southeast Europe before the First World War from the Bosnian crisis 1908 to the "Great War" The New World Order Central and Southeastern Europe as a "Cordon sanitaire"? The postwar society nations and minorities Problems of Democracy from Habsburg to Hitler Italian foreign policy in the Danube region and the emergency of authoritarian tendencies Dollfuss and Gömbös Hitler ante portas Austrian Nazism and authoritarianism On the way to the "Rome protocols" (1934) The Third Reich and Southeastern Europe in the second half of the 20th Century the German advance towards the Danube The Second World War (1939-1945) occupation policy of the Third Reich in Central Europe.
