Course content
The goal is to verify the student's knowledge and prerequisites for independent technical work in the field of energy machines and equipment. The exam is public and takes place orally in front of the state examination board. The defense of the final thesis is immediately followed by a debate in which the student demonstrates the ability to solve technical problems from the basic areas of engineering, which are directed according to the studied focus and subject area.

Individual study
  • Preparation for an examination (30-60) - 20 hours per semester

Knowledge
completion of compulsory and optional subjects given by the study plan, preparation of a diploma thesis
describe and explain issues from the field of mechanical engineering according to the focus of the study
Skills
identify problems from the field of mechanical engineering according to the focus of the studied field and propose their solutions
to justify the choice of methods, possibly organizational forms, on the basis of logic-thought procedures that lead the student to a correct understanding of the given phenomena
