Course content
|
The oral final state examination in the subject Design of vehicles combines the fundamental topics contained in the specialization courses, which include creative design engineering and evaluation of technical products, design of the road and railway vehicles, knowledge of FEM simulation, information about the cycle of design, dimensioning and testing of strength and fatigue life of the mechanical parts of the vehicles. These include courses Theory and Method of Machine Design Engineering, Road Vehicle Design 2, Railway Vehicle Design 2, Numerical Calculations in CAD, Service Strength and Life of Machines.
