Schedule of lectures 1. Introduction, testing and diagnostics of manufacturing machines, reliability, basic terms 2. Technical diagnostics, diagnostic model, expert and diagnostic system, types of signals, signal analysis, errors 3. Selected physical methods of technical diagnostics - vibration, bearings 4. Selected physical methods of technical diagnostics - acoustics, ultrasound 5. Selected physical methods of technical diagnostics - temperature, thermography, defectoscopy 6. Selected physical methods of technical diagnostics - tribodiagnostics 7. Automation of testing and diagnostics of manufacturing machines. Exercise plan 1. Introduction, familiarization with safety regulations and laboratory 2. Signal measurement, Virtual instruments, LabVIEW, introduction, principles 3. Static characteristics, strain gauges 4. Evaluation of fatigue life, stress measurement 5. Basic frequency analysis, FFT, transmission, utilization of transmission functions 6. 2nd order oscillating member (R, L, C) 7. Removable balancing of rigid rotors 8. Measurement of natural frequencies and oscillations, modal analysis, operating forms 9. Vibration diagnostics on the gearbox model, bearings, teeth, cepstrum 10. Measurement of noise, measurement of sound fields 11. Measurement of noise intensity, Beamforming 12. Geometric accuracy of lathe and cent 13. Final credit test, possible consultation of questions from students
