Course content
1.Cell and its parts. Tissues and their differentiation. 2.The human body composition. Bone system. Bone and its structure, bone contacts. 3.Muscle system. Main muscles and their function. 4.Digestive system. Nutrition, nutrition components. 5.Urogenital system and efferent urinary paths. 6.Human body fluids, blood function. 7.Blood circulation and the heart. 8.Respiratory system. Mechanics and regulation of breathing. 9.Peripheral and central nervous system. 10.Immune system. 11.Skin and skin adnex. 12.Sense organs, receptors, sense of smell and gustatory. 13.Sense organs, hearing, sight, balance organs. The subject is supported in collaboration with LF UK in Pilsen (Faculty of Medicin in Pilsen, Charles Univeristy in Prague).

  • Preparation for an examination (30-60) - 60 hours per semester
  • Contact hours - 65 hours per semester
  • Attendance on a field trip (number of real hours - maximum 8h/day) - 8 hours per semester
