Knowledge
Basic knowledge of welding theory, surfacing and brazing is required.
Skills
He master individual arc welding technologies, he is familiar with other welding methods, he has an overview of the basic standards related to welding, he is able to prepare welding procedures. He understands the metallurgy of the fusion joint, can determine the weldability of materials, understands changes in the structure and properties of the welded material.

Knowledge
Student will be able to prepare construction design and technological process design including production process evaluation considering the usage of modern welding technologies, welding machines and fixtures. Student also will be able to prepare technological and economic evaluation.
