Competitiveness, competitive advantage and international business. Risk management in international business. Cultural differences in international business and their use in the formulation of strategy. International companies and their importance in the world economy. Strategies for entering new markets in international business. International strategy - mergers and acquisitions. Organizational strategies in international business. Selected company and its strategy in international business (case study).
