Corporate culture and ethics, corporate social responsibility in tourism. Quality in tourism. Financial management in tourism, yield and revenue management. Information and reservation systems in tourism. Specifics of human resources management in tourism. Forms of collaboration among tourism firms. Franchising. Destination management. Specifics of management in accommodation and catering companies. Business activities of travel agencies, guide activities. MICE tourism, event management.
