- Definition of retail, its concept, history, function. Retail with consumer and non-consumer goods. Categories of companies (wholesale, retail, market intermediaries). B2B and B2C. - Retail business, the structure of the retail sector, and the importance of retail in the economy. Denationalization of Czech retail. - Trends in the development of retail: concentration, diversification, foreign expansion, integration of wholesale. - Retail formats. Shopping in the FMCG market. E-commerce. - Cooperation in retail, franchising, franchising chains and retail alliances. - Management of the flow of goods: business logistics, prerequisites for application, logistics activities, logistics solutions. - Handling units, and their identification. Protection of goods in the logistics chain. - Store stocks: control levels, ordering systems. Stock optimization, insurance stock, signal stock. - Business Operation. - Terms of delivery. INCOTERMS 2020. - Terms of payment. - Risks in business relationships and mitigating measures. Risk insurance.
