Course content
1.-2. The specificity and function of literature for children and youth (didactics) 3. The overview of the development of German children's literature from the Middle Ages to the present. 4.thematic and genre classification. 5-6. Simple rhymes for kids, poems, lullabies, chants and how to use them in German teaching. 7. Fable in children's literature, educational use in the early foreign language teaching. 8. Fairy tale in hours of German language. Dramatization of fairy stories, using hand puppets and other teaching opportunities. 9. Girls novel and adventurous literature for boys. 10. Comics. 11.-12. Creation of own portfolio (didactic teaching of selected literary works) 13. Evaluation, portfolio.
