Course content
Students undergo a two-week block practice, during which they conduct 10 hours of direct teaching. Under the guidance of secondary school educators, they acquire the ability to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice and gain comprehensive insight into teacher preparation for the instructional process. During the practice, students are subject to observations by the subject supervisor or other instructors from the German language department. Through conversations between the student, the observing member of the department, and the supervising teacher, a detailed reflection on the practice takes place, which is essential for the students' future pedagogical activities.
