1. Introduction to the class. 2. Nature, objective and sources of law. 3. Common law v. Continental law 4. Public law v. Private Law 5. Substantive law v. Procedural law 6. Business forms. 7. Contracts. 8. Tort (extracontractual lability). 9. Competition. 10. Team presentations. The course is though in English language.
