1. Introduction to the class. 2. The meaning, concepts, origins and reasons of Intellectual Property Law 3. Categorization and Types of the Intellectual Property Law 4. History of the Intellectual Property - International Treaties and Conventions 5. Copyright 6. Designation industrial property - trademarks, appellation of origin. 7. Solution industrial property - patents, utility models? 8. Other intellectual property - domain names, know-how, trade secret 9. Licensing IP, Enforcement of IP 10. Team presentations. The course is though in English language.
