Course content
|
It will be divided into two parts - the first part will deal with the conceptual definition of promissory notes and bills of exchange particulars and promissory notes, acceptance, payment of bills, protestační obligations, sanctions, and the position of endorsing bills směnečně of committed individuals, the second part will focus on the judicial bill , therefore, expects to release bill payment order, filing timely and justified opposition and opposition proceedings.
