Course content
|
1. Extraordinary events and disasters (types of disasters, definition of disaster and disaster medicine, spectrum of disabilities). 2. Crisis preparedness (definition, legislative background, crisis management bodies and their tasks, organizations in the healthcare sector, basic concepts, crisis preparedness plan of a healthcare facility). 3. Mass occurrence of the disabled (basic concepts, medical rescue chain, components of an integrated rescue system, trauma plan of the hospital - basic tasks, organization of work during mass admission, classification of patients). 4. Evacuation of hospitals (evacuation principles, evacuation plan). 5. Protection of the population (definitions and basic concepts, main principles - method of hiding, means of individual protection, warning of the population - method of response, education). 6. Risk management and prevention of adverse events in healthcare facilities, including monitoring and evaluation. 7. Organizational behavior in a medical facility in connection with crisis management - risk management. 8. Personal development of the executive in connection with crisis management. 9. Basics of tactical management - IZS components, medical facilities. 10. Crisis situations in healthcare.
