Course content
1. - 2. General introduction to the quality and safety of provided health services - international standards of the ISO 9001, 15189, 19011 series. Legislation in the field of quality in the health sector (laws, decrees and methodological instructions). Other quality management systems. 3. - 4. Education in physiotherapy in the Czech Republic and the EU, professional organizations. Physiotherapy care standards, correct management of medical documentation. 5. Strategic management of the quality of health care. 6. Audits of the quality management system, requirements for an internal quality auditor. 7. Physiotherapy care quality indicators and their monitoring. 8. Risk management and prevention of adverse events in healthcare facilities, including monitoring and evaluation. 9. Internal and external control of the quality of care provided. 10. Creation of controlled documentation. 11. Decision-making - meaning, structure and types of decision-making problems. 12. Planning - the essence, breakdown of plans and the procedure for their compilation. 13. Organizing - essence, scope of management, models of organizational structures, creation of organizational units. 14. Control - meaning, types and stages of control processes. 15. People management - leadership styles, motivation, management grid.
