Course content
|
Syllabus of lectures: Urology (special surgery, the surgical team composition). Clinical conditions and traumas, special preoperative preparation, patient positioning during surgery, anesthesia. Surgical procedures on the urinary tract, the kidneys. The risks and complications during and after surgery. Nursing process for patients after these operations Characteristics of the disease causes. Syllabus of tutorials: Nursing process for patients with diseases of the urinary tract, cystitis, pyelonephritis, urosepsis, urolithiasis. Nursing process for patients with renal disease, conservative and perioperative care. Glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, renal insufficiency, nephrolithiasis. Nursing process for patients with vascular disease, kidney malformations and tumors, conservative and perioperative care. Nursing process for patients with renal failure, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, renal transplantation.
