1. Historical development of transcultural nursing. 2. Multicultural and transcultural nursing. 3. Leininger and Giger and Davidhizar culturally specific nursing models. 4. Cultural shock during nursing of foreigners. 5. Foreigners in the Czech Republic, integration, health care. 6. Law, rules, acts of health care of foreigners in the Czech Republic. 7. Ethic, religious communities in the Czech Republic: historical development of community in the world, in the CR, life philosophy of community, specific features, spiritual development, health assessment in community. 8. Educative activities of a nurse considering ethnic, national, religious origin of a client.
