Course content
|
Content: The subject is enrolled in by the students intending to finish their studies of the General Nurse or Midwife study programme in the respective academic year. When preparing for the defence, the student draws from the reviews compiled by the opponent and the supervisor of the thesis. The student?s task is to discuss all the remarks and to present supplementary information concerning the issues of the thesis. The student should consult the manner of the defence with his or her supervisor. The actual defence lasts 20 - 30 minutes and consists of a presentation of the thesis, follow-up questions and evaluation of the thesis by the jury. The defence may only be organized if the student has fulfilled all the conditions stipulated by The Study and Examination Code of ZČU in Pilsen (Studijní a zkušební řád ZČU v Plzni).
