Course content
|
Supervision of the term. Supervision in helping professions, specifics of supervision in health care. Supervision in midwifery specification of the focus, advantages, obstacles, organization and management supervision. Current situation of supervision for midwives in the Czech Republic, comparison with foreign countries. Ethical aspects of supervision in midwifery. Support for midwives in stress management, prevention of burnout syndrome, psycho-hygiene, resilience. Quality and Safety of Care Provided. Etiology of mistakes and the possibility of risk prevention. Possible forms of practical supervision of management, organization, supervisor, supervised. Practical group supervision.
