Course content
|
Lectures 1. - 4. Legislative minimum for the work of a ZOS operator, organization of work at ZOS, the issue of receiving emergency calls, anchoring of basic concepts, basics of conducting a structured telephone call. 5 - 8. Operational management of pre-hospital emergency care, management of air ambulance service and its specifics, problems of inter-hospital transports, information and communication technologies, specifics of dealing with emergencies. Practicals Simulated emergency call reception, training in localization, navigation, geographic information systems, dealing with communication-challenging situations, classification of events, degrees of urgency, telephone-assisted emergency resuscitation and telephone-assisted first aid, 5. - 6. practical training in the provision of health care using modern technologies. 7. Guided practical internship at a medical operations centre 8. Credit test and colloquium
