1. Church and State in the Czech legal system science, basic concepts, subject and its relationship to other scientific disciplines, models the relationship between church and state 2. General History of ecclesiastical law - state monism period match the secular and spiritual, state jurisdikcionalizmus, period pluralistic relations 3. The State controlled Christianization (9th-12th centuries) 4. Emancipation spiritual power (12th century - 1419) 5. The system of two state churches (1419-1619) 6. The system only state church (1619-1848) 7. System incomplete confessional neutrality (1848-1938, 1945-1948) 8. The system of totalitarian dictatorship with the ideology replacing religion (1938-1945, 1948-1989) 9. Constitutional and international guarantees of religious rights 10. Law on Churches and Religious Associations (no. 3/2002). 11. Religious marriages 12. Religious Education 13. Special religious services in the public sector 14 Material security of churches and religious societies 15. State property settlement with churches and religious societies 16.
