1.Basic principles of Roman law, the development of the Empire in antiquity 2.The fate of Roman law after the extinction of the empire, the concept of state power, the role of the Church, the idea of the medieval "Roman Empire" 3.Idea of the state, separation of powers, protection of property, equality of subjects, 4. New conception of state, natural law and great codification, Savigny versus Jhering 5. Relationship of economic change and legal thinking, Adam Smith, historical view of monetary relations - antithese credit - usury 6.Friedrich August von Hayek - work, ideas, influence on the work of V.Uffus, concept of monetary relations in modern times 7. Foundations of the modern rule of law - "who wants to know the future, examines the past, who wants to control the present will cease the past" (paraphrase Orwel).
