Course content
1. Pedagogical practice in selected elementary schools, familiarization with the school environment, organization in class and class teacher work. 2. Observing the pedagogical process, keeping a pedagogical diary, orientation in pedagogical terminology. 3. Specifics of teacher assistant work, personal assistant, school assistant. 4. Working with pupils with specific learning and behavioral disorders, working with extremely talented pupils. 5. Use descriptive language. 6. Class teacher documentation, deeper insight into class teacher's documentation. 7. Analysis of observed phenomena, interconnection of practical and theoretical aspects (motivation, methods, forms, evaluation, climate, ...). 8. Reflection of own feeling, perception, thoughts and needs. 9. Final discussion and assessment of practice, evaluation of positives and negatives. 10. Discussion over the process of compiling the portfolio to the final state exam.
