Course content
|
1. Family and health (communication and family relationship, healthy living, foster care). 2. Health protecting (health, illness, heathy life style, personal, intimate and mental hygiene, first aid). 3. Nutrition and health (basic food ingredients, special nutritional needs of children, alternative nutritional guidelines, eating disorders). 4. Sexual education ( peers communication, sexually transmitted diseases, sexual orientation and position of society). 5. Addictive substances and health (addictive drugs, gambling and computers, ways of refusing drugs, advertising effects, and addictive substances and laws). 6. Personal safety (social skills, crisis situations, brutality and other forms of violence in the media). 7. Physical activities nad heath (exercise regimen, health related fitness, doping in sport, abuse of anabolic steroids). 8. Stress management (the possibility of self-management, time management). 9. Learning wihout stress. 10. Possibility of cooperating with health care institutes. 11. School promotes health. 12. Methodological materials, their use in teaching health education.
