Course content
1. Concretization of course requirements, sexual education terminology. 2. Healthy lifestyle education ? content, history, current situation. 3. Sexual education as a part of healthy lifestyle, historical development and approaches. 4. Aims, content and methodology of sexual education, institutional and family sexual education. 5. Problems of contemporary sexual education (age levels, attitudes, ethical questions, relations to disabled people). 6. Sexual education related to disabled people. 7. Ethical questions associated to an individual?s sexuality and sexual

Basic orientation in human biology and helthy education.
learning outcomes
Student can understand the questions of sexual education as a part of healthy lifestyle, is able to distinguish the historical and the contemporary approaches to sexual education (from taboo to open sexual education) and is also able to explain the fundamental sexual education levels and to analyze the differences of content and means between the family and the institutional sexual education. Student takes an open approach to various attitudes in sexual education, respects the ethical questions in the field of sex and sexuality, and is able to explain the risks associated to commercial sexual abuse of children and the young. Student can apply the theoretical information to sexual education aimed at certain age period in the life of an individual, including sexual education of disabled people and the young.
