Course content
1. Determination of supervision. Definitions and concepts of supervision by various authors. 2. History of supervision. 3. Development of supervision in the Czech Republic. 4. The importance of supervision in assisting professions. 5. Education in the field of supervision. Personal qualities of the supervisor. 6. Objectives, functions and forms of supervision. The course of supervision. 7. The theoretical basis of the supervising contract. 8. Supervisory contact. 9. Supervisory techniques. 10. Risks and limits of supervision. 11. Ethical principles of supervision. 12. Supervision in the organization. 13. Current problems in supervision. Summary, evaluation of teaching.
