Course content
|
Students have the opportunity to create a better idea about the workplaces for professional practice in the upcoming semesters and to choose which direction to orient themselves professionally. To help them to decide, the faculty will provide them with workshop of social work, including approximatelly 16 presentations of social administration organizations in the City of Pilsen and at least 3 single trips to selected organizations.

Course registration is recommended to students who are facing an important decision on which area of social work and politics to focus, with what target groups in need to work in the future and what level of social work (micro, mezzo, macro) to pay attention in future. |

Course Introductory seminar to workshop practices and excursions into social institutions is composed of two core activities: workshops with experts from practice and participation in three excursions in institutions realizing social administration. The course is complemented by a detailed introduction to the system of professional practice and ways of its implementation at Faculty of Education on UWB in Pilsen. |
