Course content |
Student will know the basic theoretical and methodological basics of VTI after passing the subject. They will get acquainted with the basic attributes of the VTI method based on simulation of situations, work with casuistry, etc. Understand the principles of micro-analysis of video recording of communication. They acquire the basics of pupils' leadership to self-determination based on brain functioning and conscious reflection of relational signals in their own communication. Recognizes relational asymmetric statements (interpretation, manipulation, evaluation, mentoring, double bonds, denial of vision, irony) and describes their implications for the brain of the recipient and for developing his / her self-esteem. They learn to use descriptive language, search for understanding, publish their emotions, encourage pupils to design agreements and give positive and negative feedback. Topic overview: 1. VTI creation and functioning at present 2. Working Principles of VTI 3. The functioning of the pupils' brain during communication 4. Social needs (status, autonomy, trust, fairness) and the need for certainty and the effect of their saturation on brain activity 5. Relationship signals in communication and their relation to social needs and security 6. Self-discipline of pupils 7. Emotions in communication 8. Providing feedback in communication 9. Management and management 10. Management process 11. Control of acting and manipulation in communication with pupils 12. Work with physical signals in communication
