Course content |
Students will learn the principles of leadership pupils to self-management, respecting the principle of brain functioning during communication. In specific situations, students can choose words not to threatening the social needs of pupils (status, autonomy, trust, fairness) and supporting their security. They communicated strongly enough and led pupils to be responsible for their behavior and self-control. Students recognize asymmetrical relational statements (interpretation, manipulation, evaluation, mentoring, double binds, denial vision, irony) in communication, and they analyze their implications for the brain beneficiaries and for the development of pupils´ self-management. Students learn to use descriptive language, search for understanding, expression of emotions, and they encourage pupils to design arrangements and how to give positive and negative feedback. Every student would deal with specific situations in practice and gives reasons for his choice how to support arguments for the areas of activity of the brain during communications. Topics: 1. The functioning of pupils´ brain during communication 2. Social needs and security and their influence on brain activity saturation 3. Communication Process 4. The reference signals in communication 5. Self-management of pupils 6. Emotions in communication 7. The provision of feedback 8. Leadership and management of pupils in specific situations 9. How to control ´acting outs´ of pupils 10. How to communicate criticism to pupils 11. ´Drivers´ and work with them 12. How to support clearness level of communication
