Course content
|
1. Introduction into sign language 2. Practice of particular terms : greetings, conjunction and prepositions, people, numbers, verbs necessary for communication, pronouns, telling time and date. Words selected based on their importance for the particular topic. 3. Continual repetition of acquired terms through the usage of simple sentences. 4. Continual practice of feedback in sign language.

| Basic social acquirements. |

| Students acquire and master basic signs of sign language. They are able to translate more complicated phrases into sign language with the use of the vocabulary acquired, and vice versa. They get the essential training in the communication with the aurally handicapped people. |
