Management - basic concepts, development of management theory. Planning. Organizing + leadership. Control. Information in managerial work. Decision making. Financial management - budgeting, calculation. Quality maangement, change management. Crisis management. Main competences and roles of manager. Leadership, leadership styles, delegation. Manager and influencing of performance. Creating and managing of working teams. Conflicts in the organization and teamwork. Communication in the organization and teamwork. Human activities of manager - team leader. The culture of the organization.
