Introduction to the subject. Knowledge, innovation and risks. Knowledge management - introduction, data, information, knowledge, types of knowledge, transformation, knowledge management in the organization. Introduction to innovation management. Sustainable innovations. Marketing of innovations, method of stages and gates. Sources of innovation stimuli (identification and analysis of opportunities). Digitization and new technologies. Intellectual capital and intellectual property protection. Concept of risk, classification, measurement. Identification of risks and their analysis. Risk management tools, 4T strategy. Managerial decision-making, decision-making for certainties. Managerial decision-making, risk and uncertainty decision-making.
