Course content
HR processes in the organization - introduction to the issue, meaning and types of personnel processes, employee life cycle, personnel department HR planning, job specification Labor relations Organizational psychology in HR processes Recruitment, acquisition and selection of employees Adaptation, integration of the employee into the organizational environment Incentive programs, remuneration and benefits Performance management, evaluation and feedback Education and development of employees Team processes, team management HR information systems, HR controlling Sustainability and responsibility of organizations in relation to human resources (CSR, ESG), personnel aspects of selected management methods New trends in HR processes
