1.Legal entities - a general overview 2.Corporations; the relationship between a corporation and its members 3.Foundations, purposes and aims desired by establishment of foundations 4.Commercial corporations - a general overview, system of regulation, specific features as compared with corporations in general, kinds of commercial corporations 5.Personal commercial corporations, their use, basic features, relationship between a company and its members 6.Capital commercial companies, their use, basic features, relationship between a company and its members 7.Acting on behalf of a legal entity, representation 8.Bodies of legal entities, their position, liability of members of bodies 9.Bodies of legal entities, position and liability of members of bodies - practical examples 10.Personality rights of legal entities, damages and other forms of liability for breach of obligations 11.Legal entities and unfair competition
