1. The state social policy, its principles, social security and its concept 2. Organization and financing of social security 3. General health insurance 4. Health insurance 5. Pension insurance 6. Pension reform, supplementary pension systems 7. State social support 8. Assistance in material need, subsistence and living wage, benefits of foster care 9. Social assistance 10. Coordination of social security in the EU 11. Unemployment insurance 12. Liability and Procedure in Social Security Law.

Knowledge
- know the basic principles of social security systems (including related human rights background);
- orientate themselves in the social security system in the Czech Republic, including individual benefits;
- summarize social events in social security law;
- be able to critically evaluate the financing and organization of social security;
- orientate themselves in EU and international sources of social security.
Skills
- be able to analyze specific social situations from the point of view of the social security system and determine the procedure with regard to its structure and the benefits assumed by it; the same applies in relation to social situations with a cross-border element
