Course content
1. The meaning of skills of effective action. 2. Social perception. 3. - 4. Training in nonverbal communication. 5. Rapport, mirroring and leadership. 6.Process of verbal communication. 7. Presentation skills. 8. - 9. Theory and practice of transactional analysis and assertiveness. 10. - 11. Practical training techniques. 12. - 13. Video tape analysis.

Student will analyze a process of communication, will explain causes of communication mistakes.

Student will present a speech in front of a group, will acquire techniques of assertive communication, will analyze model situation and prepare own model situations which will be used for training of other participants.
