Course content
The aim is to acquaint students with the demands that are placed on bachelor work over the form and content. Student works out project of his/ her thesis. Project preparation of this thesis, the content of which is: Motivation: - Justification for choice of the theme, which the author has knowledge of the examined issues (based on their own experience or reading professional literature) - Why it considers student this topic interesting, important for the investigation, bibliography on the topic of work The theoretical part - The aim of the thesis, with what aim will the theme be treated in the theoretical event. practical work - Theoretical work of a selected topic (philosophical, pedagogical, psychological) - Review study, conclusions of analogous research (UK use databases, Scopus not only) - Additional chapters whose inclusion in the theoretical part has its rationale Practical (empiric) part - The formulation of research questions, assertions (preconditions) event. research hypotheses - If the work includes research part, the following procedures will be used (supplement instead of dots) - Overall concept research (qualitative, quantitative, mixed) - Research sample (his description and number) - Methods of data collection (observation, interview, medical history, document analysis, questionnaires, psychometric tests, projective tests) - Methods of work with the data (categorical content analysis, specific coding procedures, specific mathematical and statistical methods) Work schedule: Conclusions and literature - Anticipated benefits of work - List of professional literature

- describe the basic concepts of psychological issues, which he wants to address in his thesis - explain basic knowledge in the field of empirical research, ie list the requirements for research methods - define the rules of the ISO 690 citation standard

- describe the theoretical basis of the selected topic of Bachelor thesis - evaluate the state of the current solution of the observed research problem in the Czech and international context - define and critically analyze the basic concepts of the researched issues from various authors - list the ethical principles and rules of pedagogical-psychological research - characterize quantitative or qualitative procedures in the preparation of research and in the evaluation of its results - describe the expected benefits of Bachelor thesis for practice

- develop a project of Bachelor thesis - to prepare overview studies from analogous researches (it is possible to use the databases of the University librery of UWB) - formulate research questions, statements (assumptions) event. hypothesis - manage professional resources ethically
