1. Social perception, mistakes in social perception. 2. Structure of social communication. 3. Elements of verbal communication. 4. Elements of non-verbal communication. 5. Negotiation strategy with people; rules for criticism. 6. Transactional analysis; Characteristics of successful and unsuccessful communication. 7. Art of communication. Rules of dialogue. 8. Art to argue, active listening. 9. Paralanguage. 10. Mistakes in social communication. 11. Mass communication, advertisement. 12. Conflict and its solving. 13. Basis of assertiveness.
