Course content
1. Definition of social psychological training and its importance for future teachers. 2. Conditions for effective implementation of social psychological training - goals, methods, rules of effective training using elements from experiential pedagogy. 3. Training of intrapersonal skills development: deeper knowledge of one's own personality traits. 4. Interpersonal skills development training: social perception and its influence on social relations. 5. Interpersonal skills development training: verbal and non-verbal communication. 6. Interpersonal skills development training: dealing with and preventing communication breakdowns. 7. Interpersonal skills development training: cooperation and collaboration. 8. Interpersonal skills development training: assertive behaviour. 9. Interpersonal skills development training: interpersonal conflict prevention and resolution. 10. Interpersonal skills development training: situational improvisation. 11. Interpersonal skills development training: increasing psychological resilience in stressful situations. 12. Evaluation of the training - final reflection.
