Course content
|
In the course, students will learn about issues and importance of business management in all basic areas of management, from production, logistics, people management to economics. There will be presented basic relations among mentioned areas on specific examples of industrial company management and by using a simulation game. 1) Introductory lecture 2) Business economics 3) Organization management of the industrial enterprise 4) Industrial enterprise potential and process improvement 5) Planning and organizing 6) Productivity and production management 7) Leadership and work motivation 8) Information systems and information technology in industrial enterprise 9) Industrial logistics I. 10) Personality of the manager 11) Communication and assertiveness 12) Development trends in business management 13) Project management, recapitulation and discussion
