Course content
The course is focused on a practical processing of a technical documents, calculations using a spreadsheet and creating the presentation containing processed results. The MS Office apllications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is used in the course. 1. Organization of the course 2. Tasks in MS Word (styles - creation, editing, copying) 3. Tasks in MS Word (fields, building blocks, galleries, equations, cross-references, headers - linking with style, footer ...) 4. Tasks in MS Word (extraction of images into folders, sections, contents, sources ...) + consultation of individual task processed by MS Word 5. Tasks in MS Excel (MS Excel functionalities, series, custom lists, relative and absolute addressing, cell format) 6. Tasks in MS Excel (naming of a range, sheets, reference, formatting using condition) 7. Tasks in MS Excel (table style, data import, charts) 8. Tasks in MS Excel (operators, processing an examples) + consulting of an individual task processed by MS Excel 9. Tasks in MS PowerPoint (templates, fields, smart art, theme, layout) 10. Tasks in MS PowerPoint (animation, grouping and separating of objects, assigning of action to an object) 11. Tasks in MS PowerPoint (slide layout, processing examples) + consulting of an individual task in MS PowerPoint 12. Presentation of semester work 13. Presentation of semester work
