Course content
The course provides students with information about individual areas of human resources management system especially in industrial company. 1. Introduction to human resources management in the conditions of manufacturing companies 2. Human resource management as a part of World Class Manufacturing 3. Reengineering of processes in the context of human resources management of a manufacturing company 4. Selection and placement of employees using motor skills tests 5. Adaptation and education of production company employees in virtual reality 6. Knowledge matrix to ensure technological processes 7. Job Rotation in order to eliminate physical stress in production 8. Ergonomic system man - technology - environment 9. Kaizen - innovative improvement based on employee creativity 10. Visual management in production

Learning activities and teaching methods

  • Preparation for an examination (30-60) - 40 hours per semester
