Course content
Current views on the early stages of Russian teaching of children and adults. Pre-alphabetical stage. Methods and techniques of teaching phonetics and vocabulary. Teaching of language skills with the emphasis on using ICT and cross-curricular relations.

learning outcomes
Students are aware of theory of early stage Russian teaching. While using Teacher?s book, they are able to give an audio-oral introduction to a Russian language lesson. They are able to write an alphabet correctly on board and practice its writing with learners. Students are able to design a working sheet for practising some difficult letters.
