Course content
|
The specific content of the subject is partly situationally variable. The realism and topicality of the communication areas is key. The course has a lower time allocation compared to previous PRARs, and the teaching of practical language and realities takes place simultaneously: 1. Public and private space in different cultures. 2. Renting and letting, hotel room, accommodation abroad - staging plays. 3. Telecollaborative project - interviews: the young generation and the "housing question", the young generation and the celebration of state, church and family holidays. 4. Shopping, online shopping. Wealth, poverty and money in phraseology in Russian-Czech comparison. New Year, Christmas, Easter. 5. Consumer society, globalization, relocalization, etc. - discussion. 6. Services - pupils' videos of real operations (post office, bank, hairdresser, cosmetics, etc.). 7. Applied folk art and decorative objects - creative workshop. Description of the workflow. Presentation and defence of own creations. 8. At the exhibition. Description of the artistic artefact. Development and the most important representatives of Russian art and photography. 9. At a concert, in a theatre, at a festival, in a cinema. Creating a poster for an exhibition/concert/performance - group work. 10. Musical instruments. Music as a hobby. The most important personalities of Russian music, specific genres. 11. Russian cinema in the past and present. Creating a booktrailer - group work. 12. Important cultural institutions (museums, galleries). Guidance. Strategies of arousal and retention. 13. Repetition. Evaluation of activities. Formative assessment. Individual assessment of learning outcomes.
