Course content
|
The course is designed for students who wish to complete MA degree in the respective academic year. It is an oral exam in front of a jury, which generally lasts about 15-30 minutes. The course and other requirements of the exam regulated by the Study and Examination Regulations of The University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. During preparation for the MA exam, candidates may use individual or group consultation meetings with guarantors of disciplines relating to the exam areas.

- Student understands basic biological and sociocultural processes and forming of group identity and human diversity, through time and space - Student comprehends human variation in historical, environmental, cultural and social context - Student understands evolutionary mechanisms and adaptive processes - Student can use standard methods of sex, age, health, stature, and body mass estimation - Student can use statistics and test hypotheses. |
