Course content |
The course is designed for students who wish to complete PhD ethnology degree in the respective academic year. Students prepare their defence on the basis of expert opinions by two opponents. Students must address all comments and provide additional explanation to his thesis. The manner of defence must be consulted with supervisors. The defence generally lasts 30 minutes and consists in the introduction of the thesis, additional questions and evaluation. The defence can be held only if all requirements regulated by the Study and Examination Regulations of The University of West Bohemia in Pilsen are met.
