Project planning, public sphere, specifics of projects in social services. 2. Project cycle in social services, project manager in social services. 3. Funding of social projects, types and forms of fundraising activities. 4. Methods of planning of social projects - introduction to Logical Framework Approach. 5. Methods of structuring and definition of social problem: SWOT Analysis. 6. Methods of definition of a problem and setting the goals of a social project. 7. Definition of a problem as an instrument of strategic and project planning. Stakeholder analysis. 8. Project planning - goal analysis. Definition of purpose, aims and output. 9. Project activities. Project schedule. 10. Analysis of output - measurable indicators of impact and project results. 11. Risk analysis. Basics of financial planning. Analysis of input. 12. Project proposal. 13. Methods of evaluation of social, educational and integration project and programmes.
