Course content
1. Development of social services in the Czech Republic 2. Legal regulation of social services, basic orientation 3. Typology of social services, target groups, adverse social situation 4. Quality assessment (meaning and distribution of quality standards for social services) 5. Basic principles for the provision of social services, basic variables for the provision of social services (public commitment) 6. Protection of human rights, conflicts, dealing with gifts, exercising self-will, avoiding stigma 7. Social work processes - dealing with the interested party 8. Social work processes - making a contract 9. Social work processes - individual planning, evaluation of cooperation I 10. Legislative regulations in selected European countries 11. Social work processes - individual planning, evaluation of cooperation II 12. Evaluation of service quality, complaints 13. Summary of the issues of legislative regulation of social services provision
