Course content
1. Definition of supervision. Definition and concept of supervision according to different authors. 2. Development of supervision in the Czech Republic. 3. Legislative anchoring of supervision. 4. Basic concepts in supervision 5. Risks and limits of supervision. Ethical principles of supervision. 6. Supervisor (education, personal qualities, skills) 7. Supervisee and team (demands of supervision) 8. Team supervision (team roles, group dynamics) 9. Supervision in the organisation 10. Supervision techniques (Balint group, modelling, role-playing, drawing maps, bodywork) 11. Phases of the supervision process I (negotiation, contract) 12. Phase II of the supervision process (concrete course of supervision, evaluation, conclusion) 13. Spiritual themes in supervision.

  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 40 hours per semester
